A finished basement or apartment is really my "Specialty". If you'd like a separate entrance from the outside leading into the basement, this is no problem for me. If you're basements should be flooded with water, I can pump it out for you and even seal off wherever the water is entering in from.
I install floor tiles, drywall, wood panelling, sheetrock ( stucco ), shower stalls, additions, closets, stairways, insulation and more.
I also wallpaper, paint, as you can see I'm into the painting, staining, caulking around tiles or bathtubs and showers. I can just about fix any repair job that is given to me.
Just a few more examples ~ I do plumbing as being a plumber can come in handy sometimes. Leaking dripping faucets or taps are just one other job for me.
